4. AI PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA
4.1 How AI Uses Your Data
Our AI systems process your journal entries, intake responses, and practice history to:
- Categorize emotions, thoughts, beliefs, desires, perceptions, and actions
- Generate personalized recommendations based on ACIM principles and psychological best practices
- Provide contextual responses through the AI Counselor
- Select the most relevant daily lessons
- Create customized journal prompts

We use multiple AI service providers to process your data. These providers:
- Process data according to our instructions
- Are contractually bound to protect your information
- Do not use your data for their own purposes
- Include services such as speech-to-text transcription, text analysis, and natural language processing
5. THIRD-PARTY SIGN-IN AND CALENDAR
PsyChi is operated by Miracle-Minded, S.A. de C.V. (Mexico). You may sign in with Google or Apple; we receive your email address and basic profile information from the provider you choose. We do not receive your provider password.
- Google Sign-In: governed by Google's privacy policy; we use your email to match or link your PsyChi account.
- Sign in with Apple: you may choose to hide your email; Apple may provide a private relay address.
- Passkeys: stored on your device (Face ID, Touch ID, or platform authenticator); we store only a public key credential, not your biometric data.
- Calendar save: when you tap Add to Calendar, you may connect Google Calendar or Outlook. We insert only the event you confirm (title, time, description). We do not read your existing calendar contents. Apple Calendar uses a downloaded .ics file on your device.
- OAuth tokens for calendar providers are stored securely and deleted when you disconnect or delete your account.
