Miracle-Minded SA de CV ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized under the laws of Mexico, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Psychi mobile application ("App") and related website services (psychi.ai).

By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the App.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Account Information

When you register, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Password (encrypted)
  • Date of birth and age
  • Gender and preferred pronouns
  • Profile information from social login providers (if applicable)
  • Account type (User or Teacher)

2.2 Intake Assessment Data

During onboarding, we collect detailed personal information to personalize your experience, including:

Safety & Immediate Concerns:

  • Current distress level (1-10 scale)
  • Thoughts of self-harm or harming others
  • Feelings of safety in current environment
  • Specific concerns bringing you to the App

Demographics & Identity:

  • Cultural or ethnic background
  • Languages spoken and thought in
  • Gender identity and pronouns

Current Life Situation:

  • Relationship status and duration
  • Living situation and household members
  • Occupation and daily activities
  • Caregiving responsibilities (children/dependents)

Mental Health History:

  • Previous therapy or mental health treatment
  • Current medications
  • Diagnosed mental or physical health conditions
  • Family mental health history

Daily Functioning:

  • Sleep patterns
  • Daily routine and activities
  • Appetite and eating habits
  • Alcohol and substance use

Support Systems & Coping:

  • Key relationships and support sources
  • Coping strategies
  • Spiritual or religious practices
  • Activities that bring joy or peace

Goals & Strengths:

  • Personal strengths
  • Stress triggers and patterns
  • Goals for using the App
  • Timeline expectations

2.3 Journal Entries and Practice Data

We collect:

  • Daily journal entries (text only)
  • Practice session completion and duration
  • Lesson progress and responses
  • AI counselor conversation history
  • Notes and bookmarks
  • Achievement milestones

2.4 Voice Data

Important: We use speech-to-text technology to transcribe voice inputs. We do NOT store voice recordings from users' daily practice. Audio is processed in real-time, converted to text, and immediately discarded. Only the transcribed text is retained.

Teacher Voice Data: Teachers who participate in the Teacher Program provide voice samples for AI voice cloning technology used to create multilingual marketing content and translated channel content. These voice samples are retained to enable ongoing content generation.

2.5 Videoconference Data

When you book and participate in videoconference sessions with Teachers:

  • Session recordings may be created (with your explicit consent)
  • Session transcripts are automatically generated using AI
  • AI-generated summaries and personalized tips are created
  • Booking information including date, time, duration, and Teacher identity
  • Payment information for the session

Recordings and transcripts are stored in your private playlist and are accessible only to you and the specific Teacher who conducted the session, unless you choose to delete them.

2.6 Teacher-Specific Data

For users enrolled in the Teacher Program, we additionally collect:

  • Professional credentials and expertise information
  • Channel content (videos, courses, written materials)
  • Voice samples for AI cloning
  • Availability schedules for videoconferences
  • Pricing for services
  • PayPal account information for payment processing
  • Referral codes and tracking data
  • Earnings and analytics

2.7 Location Data

We collect:

  • Timezone information
  • General location (country/region)

This data is used solely for scheduling reminder notifications at appropriate local times.

2.8 Device and Technical Information

We automatically collect:

  • Device type and model
  • Operating system and version
  • App version
  • Device identifiers
  • Crash logs and error reports
  • Usage statistics

2.9 Social Login Information

If you register using Facebook, Apple, or Google, we receive:

We do not access your social media contacts, posts, or other content.

Payment information (credit card, PayPal account) is processed directly by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your complete payment credentials.
